1- Project delivery team leader :5+ years of experience.
Job Summary
* Lead, manage, and mentor Project Coordinators in Cairo.
* Oversee projects delivery, ensuring adherence to time, budget, and quality standards.
* Report on team performance and project portfolio status to the CEO.
* Collections, and communicate with customers.
* Escalation handling and Risk Management.
* SPOC for projects assigned to Him / Her.
* Contribute to organizational project management strategy development.
Job requirements:
* Proven experience in project coordination and/or project management.
* Demonstrated team leadership and management experience.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
* Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project).
* Fluency in English and Arabic.
2-Project delivery associate : 1+ year of experience.
