We are hiring Project Control Engineer
Responsibilities:
*Develop detailed project schedules using project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project).
*Establish project baselines and monitor progress against the baseline.
*Update schedules regularly to reflect actual progress and any changes in scope or resources.
*Incorporate engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and startup activities into the schedule.
*Analyze schedule performance, identify critical paths, and highlight potential delays or risks.
*Prepare schedule reports, including progress reports, critical path analysis, and earned value reports.
*Provide regular updates to project teams and management on schedule status and any potential impacts.
*Develop resource histograms and analyze resource utilization.
*Work with project teams to optimize resource allocation and resolve resource conflicts.
*Integrate project schedules with cost estimates and budgets.
*Monitor cost and schedule performance and identify any variances.
*Contribute to project risk assessments and develop schedule contingency plans.
*Analyze the schedule impact of potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
*Assess the schedule impact of project changes and incorporate approved changes into the schedule.
*Maintain a lot of schedule changes and their impact on project milestones.
*Work closely with project managers, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective schedule management.
*Communicate schedule information clearly and effectively to all relevant parties.
*Remain update on cost forecast and variance analysis
*Responsible for controlling and monitor project total expenditure including verifying and checking invoices and claims from suppliers, vendors and subcontractors to ensure that all project expenditures are captured and properly recorded.
*Provide planning and cost controlling support for all projects which include variation reporting, monitoring of milestone progress to the preparation of customer billing processes, etc
*Ensure effective project implementation and utilize productive reports from the creation of WBS with the use of project management system to monitor the status of all purchases, invoicing and delivery up to the closure of the project.
*Prepare monthly Cash in- Cash out report and cashflow projection
*Coordinate and work with the project management team to resolve project issues to ensure the delivery/completion of the project work.
*Perform project costing related reporting to the team and management’s review monthly to ensure that expenditure is kept within the project budget.
