Job Responsibilities:
• Oversee and optimize production processes to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Monitor and maintain production schedules to meet business targets.
• Implement and enforce safety and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate with different departments to enhance workflow and productivity.
• Ensure proper maintenance of machinery and equipment.
• Train and mentor production staff to improve performance.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a production engineering role.
• Industry preference: Experience in the plastic packaging industry is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, process improvement, and machine maintenance.
• problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
