Job Title: Planning Engineer

Job Overview:
We are looking for a professional Planning Engineer to join Quarcom Engineering. You will be responsible for creating and implementing project planning strategies, monitoring progress, and providing solutions to ensure efficient project execution and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintaining and updating the construction schedules and plans.
Creating schedule baseline.
Creating the recovery plan.
Monitoring work progress.
Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports.
Preparing status report.
Preparing two weeks lookahead plan for site team.
Attending weekly meetings and working on maintaining the agreed dates.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, execution, finance) to ensure alignment with project timelines and budgets.
Participating in preparing the internal and external presentations.
Preparing the progress sheet for the invoices with the site manager and Senior engineers.
conducting site visits is essential.

Requirements:
Education: BSc. of Engineering in Civil or Mechanical.
Years of Experience: 2 to 4 years’ experience as planning engineer in industrial projects, with a preference for HVAC and MEP-related projects.
Language: Very Good in English Language is a must.
Computer skills: Primavera P6 Basics/Advanced Level, MS Project, Microsoft Excel
