A company is looking for an Oracle ERP Business Analyst Team Leader who will be based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The successful candidate will work with business stakeholders and development teams, on the full lifecycle of various Oracle ERP (HCM, SCM, FN) projects. This will include gathering objectives, analyzing requirements, gap analysis, design, functional configuration and support of business critical. In order to operate effectively in this fast paced and challenging environment, the Oracle ERP Business Analyst Team Leader will need expert knowledge of Functional Oracle ERP eBusiness Suite. The ideal candidate will be passionate about being involved in the delivery of effective solutions that provide real business benefit.
This is a leadership role within a market leading organization so the Business Analyst Team Leader will need to comfortable, confident and effective at engaging with and managing senior stakeholders. Responsibilities:
· Interact effortlessly with business/user community to determine and document new functional or technical requirements and work with other IT professionals to implement solutions.
· Assess current business processes and recommend best practices.
· Conduct gap analysis between delivered functionality and client requirements and recommend solutions.
· Produce detailed system/business requirements specifications, complex data flow diagrams, test plans and process diagrams.
•Clearly describe end-to-end business processes and the key integration points, work cross-functionally across different business processes within an organization, and knowledge of challenges faced by implementation teams.
Education/Skills Required:
· Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems. Or equivalent work experience. Master’s Degree preferred’
· 5+ years of experience in Oracle ERP Applications.
•Excellent analytical and problem solving skills to determine user needs and requirements
•Strong task management skills with the ability to manage complex and multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to lead, train, and motivate others
· Thorough understanding of ERP functionality including integration with all supporting sub-systems.
· Thorough understanding of operational business processes.
