Hiring Operation Specialist
job Description:
Coordinate and manage end-to-end training programs, including scheduling, logistics, and communication.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align training content with hiring needs.
Act as the primary liaison between trainers, trainees, and hiring managers.
Use the company’s CRM tool to:
Register activities and interactions with candidates.
Organize and schedule Screening, Technical, and HR interviews.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate progress.
Follow up with accepted candidates to ensure timely submission of required documents and ompletion of necessary paperwork.
Develop and maintain tracking systems to monitor participant progress and outcomes.
Identify skill gaps and provide recommendations to improve training effectiveness.
Support recruitment efforts by matching trained candidates with suitable job opportunities.
Prepare and present reports on program performance and hiring metrics.
Recruitments:
Very good English
1 to 2 years of experience
preferably from Nasr City or Heliopolis
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
Experience using CRM tools or similar systems to track and manage candidate activities
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Office tools (Word , Excel, Power Point)
Passion for talent development and workforce engagement
