Office Manager is needed at Expert Engineers

Qualification
3:7 years of experience.
Good knowledge of Microsoft office.
Good English language.
Very good writing skills in Arabic language.
Able to work under pressure.
Multitasking person.

Job descriptions:
- attending meeting with operation manager, recording notes and keeping data.
-searching for needs tasking over social media and web.
-writing reports as requests from direct managers using (word- Excel- power point)
-keeping client's data and contact with sales department for trainees' requirements.
-recording sales achieving day by day
-assist in creating meeting via zoom if needed.
-assist in recording lectures and trainee's login.
any related task about the management and operations managers.
Work conditions:
work from site ( location: Dokki).
Saturdays working from home
Fridays off
Salary: 5:7 k
