Responsibilities:
 Supervising the Marketing Team, including the Designer and Content Writer.
 Overseeing the Moderation Team to ensure campaigns are performing well and maintaining KPIs.
 Developing and execute marketing strategies aligned with our brand identity.
 Managing and follow up on media buying to optimize ad performance.
 Overseeing content creation and ensure brand consistency.
 Connecting with events and seek partnership opportunities.
 Working closely with the CEO and General Manager.
 Collaborating with the Sales Manager to develop and implement sales plan.
 Staying updated on marketing trends to enhance our social media presence.
 Understanding and leveraging UGC, EGC, and NIGC (User-Generated Content, Employee-Generated Content, and Niche Influencer-Generated Content).
 Preparing monthly reports on marketing performance, content calendar progress, and strategy effectiveness.

Requirements:
 Strong background in marketing, social media, and content strategy.
 Experience in team supervision and campaign performance tracking.
 Ability to analyze and improve content performance.
 Experience in event partnerships and brand collaborations.
 Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
