OPPO Egypt is hiring a Community Management Specialist
Location: Nasr City
Responsibilities :-
·Create a complete platform for user services, communication, and benefits, including My OPPO, social media, experience stores, e-commerce, and more.
·Retain existing users and encourage repeat interactions.
·Build and manage a dedicated core user group.
·Gather valuable insights into user behavior, preferences, and pain points.
· Leverage user data to inform product development, sales strategies, and user operation methods.
· Create and manage vibrant online and offline communities for OPPO users.
· Develop and curate engaging content, such as tutorials, sharing sessions, and user-generated content.
·Foster interaction and build a strong brand reputation.
· Drive user conversion by connecting online and offline channels.
· Encourage existing users to purchase additional services or products.
· Promote referral programs to expand the user base.
Requirements:-
Bachelor's degree or higher
+2 years of experience in the same role.
Familiarity with market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity in the mobile industry.
Strong market sensitivity and innovation awareness.
Some experience in marketing and promotion.
Knowledge of digital marketing and social media promotion strategies (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
English proficiency for work purposes.
