Maintenance and Fit-Out Engineer
Technical Skills Required:
Mechanical & Electrical Systems: Understanding HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire safety systems.
Building Maintenance: Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities.
Fit-Out Works: Experience in interior fit-out projects, including carpentry, painting, and finishing.
AutoCAD & Technical Drawings: Ability to read and modify blueprints and shop drawings.
Civil & Structural Works: Basic knowledge of concrete, steel structures, and flooring
