IT Technical Support
Responsibilities:
End-user device support "Perform support for daily activities by ensuring timely and professional technical support for desktops, laptops, core applications, and related peripherals."
Monitoring computer networks and systems performance.
Troubleshooting network connectivity problems (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi).
Provide technical troubleshooting, identify request type, diagnose and provide solutions, or escalate complex issues to the appropriate team as required.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology.
Strong Computer Skills and the Ability to Troubleshoot and Diagnose Problems
Familiarity with both PC Hardware and Software
Experience with Network Repairs and Analysis
Experience with Windows AD, DHCP, DNS is must
Experience with cloud concept and solutions
Documentation and organizational skills
Firewall and Security
Backup and Disaster Recovery
Monitoring and Maintenance
Documentation and Reporting
Ability to Learn & acquire new responsibilities.
Working hours: from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
