Mersal Charity Foundation is seeking to hire "IT Technical Support."
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in IT or any related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in technical support.
CCNA and/or MCSE certifications are required.
Responsibilities:
Solve daily technical issues for end users (internet, network share, printers, scanners, office applications).
Terminate and test UTP cables / Network Passive Network.
Monitor and maintain network performance.
Manage, support, and install CCTV systems.
Support, install, and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, and printers.
Respond to service issues and requests in a timely manner.
Provide technical support across Mersal Charity Foundation HQ and branches.
Maintain an inventory of parts for emergency repairs.
Guide customers through troubleshooting steps to resolve technical issues.
