IT Support Engineer
EDUCATION, SKILLS and EXPERIENCE
• 5+ years of experience with endpoint computing
• Microsoft SCCM administration
• Windows imaging. Configure, support, and maintain the Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) environment which includes 1000+ devices.
• Develop a plan for upgrading Windows 7 laptops/desktops to Windows 10.Experience with touch-free image creation via task sequences Experience with Active Directory and group policy
• Experience with exploring new ways of solving legacy problems Experience with Hyper-VKnowledge of basic networking technologies, including LAN, WAN, and wireless. Experience patching servers at an enterprise scaleStrong background in supporting VMWare ESX or other virtual environments.
• Working experience supporting Windows servers including OS deployments.
• software installation, configuration and troubleshooting. Automation, orchestration and/or strong scripting experience a plus.Perform daily tasks such as managing and resolving trouble tickets and change requests
Education
High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or complementary discipline is strongly preferred.
