System Management & Optimization*: Oversee the implementation, customization, and maintenance of the Odoo ERP system. Ensure that Odoo is running efficiently and optimally, resolving any performance issues promptly.
Customization & Integration*: Customize Odoo modules to align with the company's specific business processes (e.g., manufacturing, supply chain, inventory, sales, accounting). Integrate Odoo with other internal and third-party systems (e.g., payment gateways, CRM, supply chain management tools).
Business Process Improvement*: Collaborate with various departments (sales, finance, logistics, procurement, etc.) to understand business needs and translate them into effective Odoo workflows. Identify areas for system improvements and provide solutions to enhance business productivity and efficiency.
End-User Support & Training*: Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring that employees are proficient in using Odoo modules. Troubleshoot and resolve user issues promptly and effectively.
Data Management & Reporting*: Ensure accurate data entry, storage, and retrieval in the Odoo system. Generate and analyze reports to provide insights for decision-making (sales, inventory, financials, etc.).
Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams*: Work closely with business departments to understand requirements and ensure seamless integration of Odoo into day-to-day operations. Support senior management with strategic reporting and system-related queries.
Continuous Improvement & Updates*: Stay up to date with the latest Odoo features, updates, and industry trends. Suggest system improvements and assist with the planning and execution of future Odoo upgrades.
### Job Requirements:
Education*: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience: from 1 to 3 years of experience working with Odoo ERP , Strong knowledge of Odoo modules like Inventory, Sales, Manufacturing, Accounting, Purchase, and HR. Experience in customizing Odoo to meet business needs and integrating it with other systems.
