1. Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any other related degree.
2. 0-1 years of experience in a similar position
3. MCITP / MCSA / CCNA Certified is an advantage
4. V. Good in Networking, Windows, Servers, MS-Office, Hardware, Firewalls, Internet Security
5. Troubleshoot problems reported by users at the IT helpdesk (hardware, software or network, emails).
6. Good English language.
7. Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills
8. Strong Knowledge of Network.
