Description:
MISR CASTLE GROUP is seeking a skilled and experienced IT Help Desk Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting IT issues.
Responsibilities:
Provide first-line technical support to end-users via phone, email, and ticketing system.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems.
Assist in the deployment of new IT equipment and software.
Document all support requests and resolutions.
Maintain inventory of IT assets.
Participate in ongoing IT projects and initiatives.
Requirements:
Minimum of one year of experience in an IT Help Desk or similar role.
Strong understanding of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate technical information clearly and concisely to non-technical users.
Strong customer service orientation.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
