We are seeking a highly skilled IT Help Desk Section Head to oversee and manage all IT-related operations.
This role requires a proactive and hands-on Practitioner to ensure seamless IT support, troubleshooting, and infrastructure management across multiple systems and locations.

Company: Leading Trading & Distribution Company (Car Tires & Batteries)
Location: Nasr City, 10th District, Cairo

Key Responsibilities:
   Lead and manage the IT Help Desk team, ensuring efficient IT support across the company.
   Oversee troubleshooting and maintenance for emails, printers, laptops, security cameras, Cisco networking, access points, and access control systems.
   Ensure the smooth operation and security of servers and IT infrastructure.
   Handle IT procurement, researching and purchasing optimal technology solutions.
   Monitor and enhance network performance, security, and reliability.
   Serve as an escalation point for critical IT issues, providing expert-level problem resolution.
   Collaborate with various departments to ensure IT services align with business needs.
   Develop and implement IT policies, best practices, and security protocols.
   Provide IT support to employees for hardware, software, and network issues.
   Oversee internet connections and ensure smooth IT infrastructure operations.

Requirements:
   Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
   Minimum 8+ years of experience in IT support, with at least 3+ years in a supervisory role.
   Strong knowledge of Cisco networking, servers, security systems, and IT purchasing.
   Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, IT security protocols, and troubleshooting.
   Certifications such as CCNA, ITIL, CompTIA A+, or MCSE are a plus.
   Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
   Experience in the automotive or spare parts industry is a plus.
