--About the Job
• Act as first line support for customers.
• Perform software testing for in-house developed apps.
• Do installation and maintenance for linux OSs
• Preparation of documentation and manuals.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Support manager
--Job Requirements
• Bachelor degree
• 1-4 years of experience.
• Excellent command of English.
• ISTQB certificate is a big advantage
• Linux hands on experience
• Strong troubleshooting and problems diagnosing skills.
