Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Be the first point of contact for users facing technical issues.
Troubleshoot using diagnostic tools and probing questions.
Escalate unresolved issues and follow up.
Log incidents and resolutions, and suggest process improvements.
Support hardware/software, network fundamentals, and Microsoft services.
Qualifications:
B.Sc. in Electrical/Communications Engineering or Computer Science.
1 year of IT Help Desk experience.
Strong understanding of CCNA (Routing & Switching), desktop support, firewall basics, web filtering, and backups.
Fluent in English & Arabic.
