Job Title: IT Classroom Quality Control Officer
Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: Work From Office (El Mansoura)
Start Date: Immediate
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the timely start and end of classroom sessions.
Monitor and maintain high sound quality in distance learning classrooms.
Troubleshoot technical issues efficiently and guide teachers in resolving them.
Ensure optimal performance of classroom settings, including microphones, cameras, and other essential hardware and software tools.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proficiency in AnyDesk or other Helpdesk applications.
Solid understanding of Microsoft Teams.
Strong troubleshooting skills for internet and connectivity issues.
Familiarity with Office 365 and Google Applications.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
Fluency in English is preferred but not mandatory.
Fresh graduates with a passion for learning and growing are encouraged to apply.
