Job Responsibilities:
· Assist in defining and executing IT processes that align with university objectives and drive digital transformation.
· Identify opportunities to automate manual processes, enhance productivity, and improve innovation across university.
· Recommend and implement emerging technologies (AI, cloud solutions, data analytics, and ERP systems) to optimize educational and administrative processes.
· Stay updated on education technology trends to provide guidance on the adoption of e-learning platforms, student information systems (SIS), and academic management tools.
· Conduct IT process analysis, mapping, and optimization to streamline workflows and improve service delivery.
· Lead and manage IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
· Act as a liaison between IT and non-technical departments, translating business needs into technical requirements.
· Prepare and present regular reports on IT performance and project progress.
· Analyzing current processes and systems, recommending improvements, and implementing changes under manager directions to streamline operations and improve service delivery.
· Supporting staff by ensuring effective use of IT systems and tools.
· Perform additional duties as assigned by the Line Manager.
Job Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
· ITIL, PMP, or Business Process Management (BPM) certification is a plus.
Experience
Minimum 3Y years of experience in IT business analysis, IT project management, or digital transformation.
Experience in educational institutions or the higher education sector is preferred.
