Leading Financial Company in Riyadh looking for :

*IT Assistant Manager , Risk Advisory Services*

Key responsibilities:
 Provide strategic IT advisory focused on cybersecurity and compliance.
 Align IT solutions with client business needs and transformation goals.
 Advise on governance, risk management, and regulatory frameworks (NCA, SAMA, CST).
 Lead audits and assess compliance with cybersecurity standards.
 Perform risk assessments, penetration tests, and vulnerability scans.
 Review and improve IT governance and policy frameworks.
 Plan and manage project delivery, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, and budget.
 Support clients in adopting new technologies and managing change effectively.
 Recommend emerging technologies to boost cybersecurity and efficiency.
 Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team development.
 Build strong client relationships and drive long-term engagement.
 Prepare and present reports, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders.

Job Requirements:
 Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
 6–9 years of experience in IT advisory or cybersecurity consulting roles.
 Certifications like CISA, ITIL, ISO are a plus.
 Experience managing projects or teams.
 Knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud, ERP systems, and enterprise architecture.
Strong Knowledge of NCA, SAMA, and CST regulatory frameworks.
 Skilled in cybersecurity practices, risk frameworks, and data privacy.
 Fluent in Arabic and English.
