Job Summary:
The Inventory Controller will be responsible for ensuring optimal stock levels across all branches by monitoring inventory, coordinating replenishment processes, and minimizing stock outs and overstock. This role is essential to ensure product availability and support sales performance.
Job Responsibilities:
Monitor inventory levels across all stores and warehouses using systems.
Analyze sales trends and stock turnover to plan timely replenishments.
Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and store teams to ensure smooth stock flow.
Prepare accurate inventory reports, including slow- and fast-moving items.
Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies between system and physical stock.
Ensure compliance with stock control procedures and best practices.
Collaborate with category managers to align stock planning with promotions and seasons.
Track vendor performance regarding delivery timelines and order accuracy.
Support periodic and surprise stock counts across branches and warehouses.
Propose improvements to optimize inventory management and minimize waste or shrinkage.
Job Specifications:
bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Good English Language proficiency.
Excellent Computer skills proficiency.
At least 3 years of experience in inventory control or replenishment,
preferably in retail or FMCG.
