Job Title: ICT Technical Support Engineer
Location: Qalioub - and Remoted sites.
Reporting to: ICT Manager.
Job Description:
Install and configure computer hardware, software, network and applications.
Continuously monitor, maintain and troubleshoot the system and network.
Respond to technical calls from other staff members.
Managing ICT Asset inventory by listing all hardware asset details and updates
Communicating with users' inquiries and any complaints managed through requests.
Ensure compliance requirements are met through organizational and procedural measures including implementation of company guidelines
Attending weekly meetings with the Head of IT Infrastructure providing updates on project progress, new vendors, and weekly plans.
install and manage Office 365 products such as MS Outlook, teams, one drive, and more.
Participate or lead ad-hoc projects that may go beyond formal accountabilities to satisfy and respond accordingly to business needs.
Handling and supervising all procurement and supplier activities and ensuring the delivery.
Ensure governance and security processes are applied to all end-users and IT Solutions.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in information systems or Computer Science
2 – 5 years of experience in the same field
Skills: Microsoft Products, Firewall administration, Troubleshooting, Communication & Interpersonal Skills, Attention to Detail, Problem-Solving, Analytical Skills.
