Job Summary:
We are looking for a HR Technical Recruiter to source and hire top tech talent. You’ll manage end-to-end recruitment, build a strong employer brand, and ensure a seamless hiring process.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements.
Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring.
Maintain a strong talent pipeline.
Ensure compliance with hiring policies.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
2+ years of experience in tech recruiting.
Strong knowledge of tech roles and hiring tools.
Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
