Sprea Misr Co. located in 10th of Ramadan City is seeking to hire a Human Resources Specialist (Recruitment & Training) to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
Managing all recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and candidate selection.
Implementing training programs for new and existing employees.
Conducting regular performance evaluations and supporting employee development.
Coordinating with various departments to identify recruitment and training needs.
Providing administrative support and documentation related to human resources.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment and training.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with others.
Proficiency in computer programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of labor laws and recruitment procedures is preferred.
