Concept Training is looking for a HR Specialist with a strong sense of teamwork, who knows how to choose the right people, and ensures smooth operations.
If you know how to deal with people, you're the person we're looking for.
If you've previously worked in training or education, that would be a major strength.
Main Duties:
Recruitment and selection of talent.
Organizing employee files and contracts.
Contributing to the development of the work environment.
Monitoring and implementing internal policies.
Monitoring and evaluating employee performance.
Requirements:
Has 2 to 4 years of experience in HR.
Knows how to filter CVs and conduct personal interviews.
Is adept at tracking attendance, leave, and vacations.
Can organize the work environment and maintain a team spirit.
Has strong communication skills and a pleasant personality.
Fluent English level (Excellent) – Must be able to communicate fluently in English.
Location: Dokki.
Salary: from 7,000 to 12,000
