Group HR Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
Oversee talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management across all business units.
Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
Guide leadership on organizational development, succession planning, and workforce planning.
Promote a culture of excellence, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
15 Years of experience in HR mainly (OD – Change Management – Talent and Performance Management)
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and change management skills.
