HR Manager
Location: New Cairo
Job description:
Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training and development, performance management, and offboarding.
Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
Conduct regular audits to assess HR compliance and identify areas for improvement.
Oversee employee benefits programs and ensure effective administration.
Handle employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive HR initiatives and projects.
Provide guidance and support in talent acquisition efforts, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviewing.
Job Requirements :
Proven experience as an HR Manager.
Must Experience in real estate
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Leadership abilities.
bachelor's degree in human resources management or related field.
