A leading Chocolate Factory in New Cairo is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join its management team and contribute to building a positive, engaging, and productive work environment.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies and policies that align with the factory’s vision and objectives.
Lead recruitment processes to attract, hire, and retain top talent across various departments.
Design and oversee training programs and performance evaluations to enhance employee growth and productivity.
Manage employee relations, resolve workplace issues, and promote a positive and supportive company culture.
Ensure full compliance with Egyptian labor laws and internal company policies.
Create and implement performance improvement plans and career development programs.
Prepare and present periodic reports on HR activities and workforce data analysis.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources, preferably in a managerial role within the food or manufacturing sector.
Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor laws, recruitment processes, and performance management systems.
Proven leadership and decision-making skills with the ability to develop strategic HR plans.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build - strong professional relationships.
Proficiency in HR software systems and data management tools.
