Job Announcement: HR Manager
We are looking for a highly skilled HR Manager specializing in Organizational Development to join our team in the heavy industry manufacturing sector.
Reporting to the HR Director
the ideal candidate will be responsible for driving organizational development initiatives, restructuring processes, and performance management strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead organizational development (O.D.)initiatives to enhance workforce efficiency and structure.
Oversee “restructuring projects “to optimize HR processes and company operations.
Develop and implement KPIs and performance management systems to align with business objectives.
Set and monitor departmental and individual targets ,ensuring continuous improvement.
Support digital transformation with “SAP experience as an asset”
Requirements:
Minimum 6 years of experience in Organizational Development (O.D.) in the manufacturing sector
Proven expertise in restructuring, KPI development, Dashboard and target setting.
Strong analytical, leadership, and strategic planning skills.
Experience with SAP HR systems is a plus
