Job Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee training & development programs.
Support organizational development (OD) initiatives to enhance company culture.
Assist in payroll processing and ensure compliance with company policies.
Contribute to HR strategies that improve employee engagement and performance.
Work closely with department heads to address HR-related needs.
Job Requirements:
3-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist (Manufacturing industry preferred).
Strong knowledge of Training & OD practices.
Hands-on experience in Payroll support.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
