Rashideen Egypt For Trade (RETC) is hiring HR Generalist
with the following criteria :
• Bachelor Degree
• Minimum 2 years experience in HR.
• Preferred previous experience in FMCG industry.
• Male / Female.
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
• Excellent Microsoft office capabilities
Job Description:
•Review current structure, check vacancies and related issues to create action plans to cover the gaps.
•Screen CVs sent from sourcing, conduct phone interview and set HR/Technical interview appointment with the qualified candidates “Cairo – Governorates”.
•Share in building the annual performance appraisal system [select proper method – set the evaluation aspects – give orientation to HOD and delegated evaluators on how to implement the appraisal system] that reflects on employees increase and recommended trainings.
•Perform Job analysis and Update job description.
•Participate in salary surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits.
•Provide support to HR team in projects assigned by HR manager or working on cross functional project teams.
