Responsibilities:
•HR System Development:
Develop and implement a comprehensive HR system tailored to the specific needs of a dental academy.
•Talent Acquisition:
Recruit, select, and hire qualified faculty, staff, and administrative personnel.
•Employee Relations:
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by managing employee relations, addressing concerns, and promoting employee satisfaction.
•Performance Management:
Establish performance expectations, conduct performance reviews, and provide ongoing feedback to employees.
•Compensation and Benefits:
Manage compensation structures, benefits packages, and ensure compliance with relevant labor laws.
•Training and Development:
Identify training needs, develop and implement training programs, and support employee professional growth.
•HR Analytics:
Utilize data to analyze HR metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
•Dental background or Master's degree in Human Resources Management preferred.
•Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR leadership roles, with a strong focus on hospital management.
•Proven track record of developing and implementing HR systems.
•Deep understanding of labor laws and regulations.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
