Job Description:
Dar Al Teb Hospital is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in personnel management and recruitment. As an HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the HR department in various administrative tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and maintaining a smooth HR operation.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Support the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and documentation.
Maintain employee Files and update HR databases.
Assist in preparing HR reports and other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
1 year of experience in personnel management and recruitment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
