Beast Group is Hiring
Position: HR Assistant , Full Time / Females only.

Key Responsibilities:
 Assist with recruitment tasks, such as scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
 Help with new hire onboarding, including preparing documents.
 Maintain employee records (physical and digital) and ensure data accuracy.
Support HR team with payroll, leave management, and benefits administration.
 Respond to basic employee inquiries and direct them to the appropriate HR manager.
 Assist in organizing company events, training sessions, and meetings.
 Handle confidential HR information with professionalism and privacy.
 Perform general administrative tasks (filing, email correspondence, etc.).

Requirements:
 Any Graduate or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field is a plus but not required).
 Strong organizational and time-management skills.
 Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
 Basic computer skills (MS Office, Google Workspace).
 Willingness to learn HR processes and software.
 Friendly, professional attitude with a team-player mindset.

What we offer :
 Fixed Day offs: Saturday & Sunday.
