A large distribution company is seeking to hire an General Accountant
Responsibilities:
Preparation and confirming of entries of accounting operations from the general Journal and general ledger and posting to analytical books and auxiliary ledgers according to the company's automated accounting system.
Review and audit the documents of receipt, refunds and daily expenses and process them automatically.
Preparing periodic reports on refunds, transfers, payments from customers and cash deposits.
Carrying out the annual inventory, calculating depreciation and the value of fixed assets and participating in the preparation of the annual budget.
Supervising the registration of all registration documents in its respective accounts in accordance with the applicable computer systems and programs and on the basis of the approved accounting cycle.
Assumes responsibility for related duties as required or assigned.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in accounting.
2-4 years’ experience.
Good command of English.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office and Financial Systems.
In-depth understanding of accounting reporting.
Max Age: 30.
Haram residents or surrounding areas is preferred.
