We're Hiring Export Sales specialist
Job Summary:
The Export Sales specialist will support the export sales process, ensure smooth order fulfillment, and provide excellent customer service to our international clients. You will be responsible for various tasks, including order processing, export documentation and customer communication.
Job Description:
Promotion and sale of company products
Achieve the required sales objectives.
Build relationships and communicate with existing customers and increase sales to foreign markets
Open new foreign markets and attract new business.
Doing marketing research for the external market
Preparation and preparation of any papers or documents required by the client.
Completion of tasks required by the immediate manager.
Follow up on existing customers to activate sales volume.
Receiving calls, visits, and e-mails for export clients.
Complete the transaction by sending the quotation, receiving the purchase order, and agreeing on the price and supply.
Follow market changes and competitors.
Follow up on shipments and provide updates to customers on order status.
Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, products, and export procedures.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree
A fluent English speaker is a MUST.
1:3 years experience in sales export.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Works well with a team.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with customers
