We’re Hiring: End User Support Engineer
Location: Abu Dhabi
Candidate Location: UAE

Notice Period: Immediate joiners only
Budget: Up to 8000 AED

UAE Driver’s License - mandatory (Only candidates with a valid UAE driving license will be considered)
ITIL Certification - Mandatory (Only candidates with a ITIL Certification will be considered)
Good Experience of desk side operations+ Networking part, new architecture (meeting rooms, health checks, asset management, patching, O365 operations etc)
Key Responsibilities:
Desktop/laptop, printer, and scanner support (on-site & remote)
Troubleshoot and escalate hardware/software issues
Install, upgrade, and maintain Windows OS, MAC, and authorized applications
Support for IP Phones, iPads, Blackberry, and peripheral devices
Manage service requests, system upgrades, and new setups
Active Directory administration, including user accounts and password resets
Experience in meeting room setup, system health checks, asset management, patching, and O365 operations
Mandatory Requirements:
Strong experience in desktop operations, networking, and ITSM tools (e.g., Manage Engine, Remedy)
Proficiency in asset management, patching, and O365 operations
Excellent communication skills
Technical Skills:
Manage Engine Tools (Desktop Central, OS Deployer, Mobile Device Management)
Asset discovery tools (Lansweeper, Altiris, SCCM)
Windows OS, Exchange, and AD environments
Remote control tools (Dameware, SCCM, Terminal Services)
