Alamal Alsharif Plastics is looking for an Electrical Power Engineer.

This is a full-time on-site role for an Electrical Power Engineer located on the 10th of Ramadan, Egypt. The Electrical Power Engineer will be responsible for :
· Implement annual maintenance programs to keep equipment in good condition on an ongoing basis and reduce downtime as much as possible.
· Participate in preparing the annual budget for the Electrical Maintenance Department to provide the necessary spare parts on time.
· Perform periodic measurements and analyses of electrical energy and submit proposals that would rationalize electrical energy.
· Develop alternative plans during a power outage to ensure that production continues normally and avoid losses.
· Coordinate with factory managers to implement preventive and predictive maintenance at the specified time to maintain equipment efficiency.
· Evaluate equipment and assets and submit technical recommendations for their renewal or depreciation to the direct manager to take the necessary measures.
· Monitor the budget and operating expenses for electrical maintenance to ensure that financial goals are achieved.
· Supervise the implementation of occupational health and safety instructions by workers to protect equipment and individuals from risks.
· Effective communication with department employees to convey the vision and goals of senior management to them, motivate them, and support them technically.
· Submit periodic reports on the performance and performance indicators of electrical maintenance to the direct manager to assist in the decision-making process.
Job Requirements
· Bachelor of Electrical Engineering.
· 3 to 5 years of experience.
· PMP Project Management Certificate.
· Process Management Certificate.
· Proficiency in computer programs (MS. Office, AutoCAD, ERP).
· Full proficiency in English language, writing, reading, and speaking.
· Good communication and negotiation skills
