Required: Digital Marketing Specialist for remote work

Duties and responsibilities :

Manage and execute digital marketing strategies on social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Snapchat) to increase brand awareness and drive sales.

Creating and developing creative and engaging content that fits the nature of each platform and preferably in line with the cosmetic industry.

Manage paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms (such as sponsored ads on Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Google) and get the most out of the ad budget.

Improve ad performance by using data analytics to ensure you get the best return on investment (ROI).

Track and analyze the latest trends in digital marketing and present innovative ideas to enhance audience engagement.

Improving the company's social media pages and achieving continuous growth in followers and engagement.

Prepare patrol reports on ad campaigns performance and analyzing results.

Collaborate with design teams to create compelling promotional materials that are in line with design standards.

Qualifications required:

Highly qualified, bachelor of commerce is preferred, department of business management.

Previous experience in e-marketing, with special focus on managing social media pages (Instagram, tiktok, Facebook, Snapchat).

Cosmetic industry experience and deep understanding of the target audience in the sector.

Experience in creating and managing paid ads (sponsored) on social media platforms and Google.
