We are looking for an experienced individual for the below position:
Corporate Social Responsibility Section Head
Location: El Sheikh Zayed City . Giza
Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee day-to-day operations of the section.
Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and achieve section goals.
Ensure efficient allocation and utilization of resources within the section.
Provide guidance and support to team members for skill development and performance improvement.
Monitor and evaluate section’s performance against KPIs and take corrective actions as necessary.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve company objectives and ensure smooth operations.
Prepare and present regular reports on section performance to senior management.
Ensure adherence to company policies, standards, and compliance
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within corporate sales or CSR.
Proven track record of successful team management and operational excellence.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in [specific tools, software, or industry-related knowledge].
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
