We are hiring “Community Manager"
Job Summary:
Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner.
Monitor and report on feedback and online review.
Submit Monthly weekly analysis reports.
Coordinate with Social Media, Account Management and Creation/Traffic teams to ensure brand consistency.
Build relationships with customers, potential customers, industry professionals and journalists.
Provide engaging text, image and video content for social media accounts.
Set a social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies.
Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends.
Excellent verbal communication skills Excellent command of English.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field.
*Proven work experience as a community manager is plus.
