Job Opportunity: Chief Accountant (Construction/Telecom)
We are seeking an experienced Chief Accountant with a strong background in the construction or telecom industries to lead our accounting team. With 7-10 years of experience, you will oversee the financial operations, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and contribute to the overall financial health of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the entire accounting function, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and financial reporting.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls.
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes and provide financial insights to senior management.
Supervise and mentor the accounting team, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in daily operations.
Collaborate with other departments to support financial decision-making and project analysis.
Ensure timely completion of financial audits and liaise with external auditors.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA/CMA is a plus).
7-10 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the construction or telecom industries.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and ERP systems.
Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
