We're Hiring Business Development Manager in the KSA for one of the biggest Construction companies in the middle east.
Role Overview:
As a Business Development Manager, you will identify new opportunities, build strong client relationships, and lead strategic initiatives to expand our business footprint.
Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and execute comprehensive business growth strategies.
-Identify and pursue opportunities in helipad design and construction projects.
-Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and industry partners.
-Lead proposal and tendering processes to secure new projects.
-Analyze market trends and recommend strategies for business success.
-Collaborate with internal teams to align client needs with project capabilities.
-Recommended Skills & Qualifications:
1-Minimum 7 years of Relevant Experience.
2-Proven track record in business development for construction or infrastructure projects, particularly in helipads.
3-Strategic Thinking: Ability to identify and capitalize on new opportunities.
4-Communication: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
5-Leadership: Strong ability to inspire and lead teams toward achieving targets.
6-Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with construction project lifecycles, aviation regulations, and market dynamics.
7-Native Arabic speaker, with fluent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic
8-Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
