Position: Business Analyst
Location: Cairo, Egypt (Full-time, On-site)

Are you an experienced Business Analyst passionate about driving impactful solutions? We're seeking a skilled professional to join our dynamic team and help shape innovative IT solutions for our clients.
💼 About the Role:
As a Business Analyst, you will collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather and translate business requirements into actionable solutions. You'll play a key role in ensuring successful project delivery, optimizing processes, and bridging the gap between business goals and technical execution.
✨ Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and define business requirements and objectives.
• Document current business processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend optimizations.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and process models.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and technical teams to align on project goals.
• Conduct feasibility studies and impact analyses for proposed solutions.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks or conflicts that could impact project outcomes.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) by defining test scenarios and reviewing results with stakeholders.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and user acceptance criteria.
• Assist in developing training materials and provide training to end users when needed.
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in business analysis.
• Mentor and guide junior business analysts, fostering their professional growth.
📋 Requirements:
• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in software development projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Azure,Jira, Confluence, or Scrum frameworks.
• In-depth knowledge of business analysis techniques, including requirements elicitation, process modeling, and use case development.
• Proficiency in creating clear, concise documentation such as requirements specifications and user stories.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Certifications in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) are highly desirable.
