Job Summary:
The Brand Manager will be responsible for leading the planning, development, and execution of brand strategies and marketing initiatives to drive business growth, increase market share, and enhance brand visibility. The role requires strong strategic thinking, cross functional collaboration, and deep market understanding especially in the field of plastic surgery to successfully position Majestic Biopharma products in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities:
• Brand Strategy & Positioning . Develop and execute brand strategies to enhance visibility and market share.
• Market Research & Analysis . Conduct competitive analysis and identify market trends to drive brand growth.
• Marketing Campaigns .. Plan and implement creative marketing campaigns to strengthen brand awareness.
• Sales & Marketing Alignment . Collaborate with the sales team to ensure brand consistency and optimize performance.
• Product Launches . Lead the development and execution of successful product launches.
• Stakeholder Management . Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, and industry partners.
• Performance Tracking . Monitor brand performance, analyze key metrics, and adjust strategies as needed.
• Budget Management . Manage marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
Key Requirements:
Plastic Surgery experience is a must.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Brand Management.
Proven track record of successful product launches.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Creativity and innovation in marketing campaigns.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
