Job Description: -
- Develop and implement BIM strategies and workflows for architectural projects.
- Collaborate with design teams to create and manage BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.
- Create architectural models using BIM software (Revit) and ensure accuracy and completeness of design information.
- Coordinate with other disciplines to integrate architectural designs into the overall BIM project model.
- Conduct clash detection and resolve design conflicts to enhance coordination and minimize errors.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in BIM technology and methodologies.
- Collaborate with Design managers and team members to meet project deliverables and deadlines.
- Assist in quality control processes and provide guidance to junior team members, if applicable.
Job Requirements: -
- Proficient in BIM software, such as Revit, with expertise in architectural modeling and detailing.
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction processes.
- Knowledge of BIM standards and best practices.
Essential Skills required: -
- Revit Is Must
- BS degree in Architecture
-Proven Technical Drawing experience as an Architect
