We are looking for an Android Developer, to join our dynamic team

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
What we’re looking for
• Minimum of 3 years software development experience as a native mobile developer on Android. • Hands-on experience in both Java & Kotlin.
• Hands-on experience in Jetpack Compose.
• Knowledge of Object Oriented concepts and a strong passion for software development
• Hands-on experience in modern mobile design practices. Ex: VIPER, MVVM, MVI, MVP, SOLID principals, and TDD
• Solid design and problem-solving skills with focus on quality and security
• Proactive and has a can-do attitude
• Drive successful technical initiatives that improve productivity, performance, and quality.
• Self-motivated and can motivate others
• Lead by example by taking ownership, being proactive and collaborating. • Attention to details while also taking care of the bigger picture
• Solid leadership skills and leading by example
• Solid hands-on experience in securing applications
• Good understanding and hands-on experience of Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery and Agile practices
• Excellent communication; written and spoken. Ability to influence and cooperate with people at all levels.
• Fully comfortable working in English, both in writing and spoken. Additional points
- Experience in other platforms and technologies iOS, web, flutter, etc...
- Experience in systems architecture especially in complex and scalable systems
- Experience in the Banking & FinTech industry.
- You’ve worked on a production application or SDK with 2M+ users
- Ability to build and expand the team - Experience with A/B testing
