A well-know manufacturing company is seeking a proactive and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join their team. This role requires excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English, a strong sense of initiative, and the ability to handle multiple tasks with efficiency and attention to detail. The successful candidate will contribute to the smooth running of our office operations and play a key role in providing exceptional support to the internal teams.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Welcome and assist office visitors in a friendly, professional manner, ensuring a positive experience for all guests.

 

Manage incoming calls from the main switchboard and handle communications with professionalism via phone, email, and postal mail.

 

Provide general administrative support including drafting and preparing correspondence, maintaining schedules, and assisting with meetings when needed.

 

Coordinate with vendors for creation and raise

payment requisitions for third-party suppliers, clients, and office-related purchases.

 

Collaborate with facilities management to ensure a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained office environment.

 

Develop and maintain efficient office systems for document management and paper flow.

 

Organize, store, and maintain both physical and electronic documentation accurately.

 

Work closely with Business Support Coordinators across the region, assisting with projects and ensuring team collaboration.

 

Qualifications:

Proficient/native Arabic language knowledge.

 

Fluent in written and spoken English.

 

University degree (preferably in Administration, Business Management, or a related field).

 

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).

 

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

 

Positive attitude with a proactive approach to new and changing situations.

 

Well-developed organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.

 

Ability to work effectively within a team to achieve company goals.

 

Confidence in engaging with senior-level staff and communicating professionally.
